from what i know not

always (adverb)
on the run (prepositional phrase)
to find release (infinitive verb phrase)
for reasons i know not(adverbial clause)

What is "for reasons i know not" means? Is there difference between "i don't know" and "i know not"?

akira> The form "I know not" is from an older style of English that we do not use any more. Consequently, it gives more emphasis.
